Where to find our Dubai hot tub showroom

Our showroom is in Al Quoz 3, Dubai, just behind the Tesla showroom. We are open 9am to 7pm, seven days a week, so you can come by on a weekday or over the weekend.

See hot tubs, swim spas and cold plunges in person

Photos only tell you so much. In the showroom you can walk around the models, compare them side by side, and get a real sense of the size in front of you.

You can see:

• Hot tubs, in a range of sizes and seat layouts
• Swim spas, for swimming and exercise in a smaller space than a pool
• Cold plunges, for recovery and for cooling down in summer
• Party spas and MSpa models, including portable options
• Saunas, steam rooms, pergolas and dome rooms, so you can plan the whole outdoor space

Being able to compare them in one place makes the choice much easier, especially when you are deciding between two sizes, or between a hot tub and a swim spa.

Sit in the seats and feel the difference

This is the part most buyers say helped them the most.

Sit in the seats. Lie back in the lounger. See where the jets reach your back, your neck and your feet. Check whether you can stretch your legs out, and whether the depth feels right for you.

Two models can have the same number of seats and feel completely different. Ten minutes in the showroom will tell you more than an hour of reading online. Ask us about a wet test, so you can try a spa properly before you decide.

Get advice from people who know the products

Our team works with these products every day. So instead of a sales pitch, you get straight answers to practical questions:

Payment plans and price protection

Two things worth knowing before you visit:

• Installment payment plans are available, so you do not have to pay the full amount up front.
• A 3-month price protection policy. If you find a lower price on a similar hot tub or swim spa from another authorised supplier within three months of buying, we will refund the difference.

We look after you after the sale too

The showroom is the start, not the end. We also handle:

• Site checks before delivery, so access and the base are ready
• Delivery and installation across the UAE, including crane lifts where a spa needs to go over a wall or onto a roof terrace
• Setup and handover, so you know how to use and look after your spa
• Maintenance plans, where our technicians take care of the water, filters and cleaning for you

What to bring to your showroom visit

You will get much more out of your visit if you bring:

• Rough measurements of the space where the spa will go
• A photo or two of the area, and of the route from the road to it (the gate, any corners or steps)
• An idea of how many people will normally use it
• Your questions. No question is too basic. Most people are buying their first spa.
