Detailed Review: I purchased the Vagus 320 and chiller (so I can use the tub all year round). I am very happy to have trusted HotTubKart for my jacuzzi needs. Entering the showroom I was welcomed by Agish George who I recommend you should all speak to, he is: 1. Professionally 2. Knowledgeable 3. Does not over sell and listens to your requirements to provide you the right jacuzzi/spa equipment He spent the time with me going through the options that fitted what I needed in detail BUT in a simple way for me to understand quickly. He also had the tools to facilitate a quick delivery of the tub to my home as well as change some aesthetics to make the tub fit the look I am doing on my roof garden :) Not only that Agish provides after sale support which is not common in the UAE to optimise the experience of the tub. Technically, I had Abdulrahim who made the delivery / installation smooth. The combination of sales and technical that HotTubKart provide is EXCELLENT in my opinion and for such a big purchase its what is needed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. Thankful to have bought from them and would again in future.
