- Delivery times may vary based on product availability and access requirements.
3. Delivery Service & Installation
- Large items (e.g. hot tubs) are delivered to your room of choice and include unpacking and basic setup.
- For smooth delivery, please ensure:
- The site is level, accessible, and ready for placement.
- Electric and water connections are prepared (these are the buyer’s responsibility).
4. Additional Charges (If Applicable)
While standard delivery is included, extra charges may apply in certain cases, such as:
- Crane/lifting services for rooftop or balcony installations
- Delivery to high floors without elevator access
- Special load-in/load-out handling for restricted or tight-access areas
- Missed delivery appointments resulting in rescheduling
