1. You have 1 days to return an item from the date you received it.
2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
3. Your item must be in the original packaging.
4. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
5. 10% restocking fee
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
- You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
- Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Order and Installation Terms
1- Electrical connection to be done by client prior to delivery and notified that the proposed location is ready to received the unit.
2- Water with a hosepipe to be provided to fill water in tub, Surface to be hard and levelled with ±3cm tolerance electrical point to be provided near with 5 meters extra cable to connect the unit
3- Installation: The charges are based on unit type and nature of location which will be decided by hottubkart. ( Necessary approval from the community to be arranged by the client)
4- In case of site not ready then all its accessories need to always be kept below the Shaded area. Any exposure to sunrays or UV rays may cause damage, which will be out of the warranty.
5- Material will be delivered directly from the warehouse to the installation location. The customer should take the delivery within 10 days from the arrival. Storage charges of AED 100/day will be applicable from the 11th day on wards till 20 days, and then it can be sold to another client against normal delivery terms applied.
6- REFUND POLICY: No refund will be done once the product is delivered or ordered .
7- Hottubkart will not be responsible for small wear and tear as it may occur due to various hands involved in customs, handling, delivery, and shipment.
8- Hottubkart will not be responsible for any delay due to port congestion, strikes, force majeure, covid restrictions, inspections, vessel delay, or any other unforeseen reason.
9. Proper storage at the site is arranged by the customer upon arrival of the materials if installation is not done the same day.
10. Gate passes/ permissions for our material/staff to be arranged by the customer if required.
11-The surface should be levelled & ready as per the manufacturer recommendation. Minimum 90cm space around the hot tub should be provided for maintenance. The weight of the unit with water and people to be checked by the client for their premises before purchase and Hottubkart will not be responsible for it.
12- Courier charges to be paid by the client for any spare parts replacement. Visit charges of Aed 500 will be applicable after the delivery of the unit.
13- The unit and all its accessories will remain the property of Hottubkart until the final payment is received and no warranty /service will be applicable.
14- The Review or testimonials by the client will be used for marketing purpose by Hottubkart
15- The customer will not use any bad languages, abuse our staff and will be held responsible and liable to legal action.
16- Product Operation and Maintenance Training will be provided same day of installation, we request key person to be present at the day of delivery and Installation. Customer can also request for Hard copy/Soft copy of the manual same time. In case of another visit request there may be charges applied based on location and availability of time slot.
17- Any non-conformity of payments as per payment terms, Hottubkart has the right to stop works immediately with no responsibility to any delays; take back all the materials without notice from the Client's location and take legal action as per UAE Judiciary Law.
KIDS/MINOR SAFETY
- Buy a hot tub/ Cold Plunge with a solid and lockable cover - One that a child can only open with adult help
- Make sure your hot tub/Cold Plunge is covered when not in use
- Supervise – always ensure children are supervised when around an open hot tub/Cold Plunge
- Store chemicals safely – ensure they are stored out of reach of young children
- Children under five should not go in a hot tub/Cold Plunge.
ADULT SAFETY
- Be mindful of alcohol use - if you want to have a few alcoholic drinks – you can enjoy them responsibly after your hot tub/Cold Plunge session
- Keep hydrated by drinking water before and after a hot tub session as this can help reduce dizziness and feeling nauseous
- Stick to 15 minutes per session
- Watch your step – slips, trips and falls are common on wet surfaces. Put some rubber mats or other tread down to make it safer as you enter and leave the tub
- Medication - can further dehydrate you and cause balance issues. If you have a serious health condition, speak with a health professional for advice before using the hot tub/ Cold Plunge
- Sanitise – remember to sanitise and keep your hot tub/ Cold Plunge clean. Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions to see how long you need to wait to use the tub after using any chemicals
